Great location near department stores, bakery, and coffee shops. Well-connected to main areas in Tokyo. Soundproofed rooms. Early check-in and luggage storage available. Convenient train station across the street. Small and adequate single rooms, larger and nicer double rooms with separate entrance. Modern and clean. Coin laundry and small spa available. Supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food, and local restaurants nearby. Easy access to key Tokyo tourist locations without transfers. Spacious Twin Rooms. Friendly staff. Shopping area and restaurants in the vicinity. Easy access to Shinagawa station. No need to mention the hotel name or location in the review.

As youngsters, we had a great experience staying at a new and clean hotel located right across the street from the subway station. The location was very convenient, especially because we didn't want to spend a lot of money on transportation in a city where transport isn't cheap. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel also had a grocery store and many restaurants in the same building complex, making it easy to find good food. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options. The only downside was that the aircon unit could use a deep clean, as there was a slight musty smell when it started up. we were happy with our stay and would recommend it to others.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a stone's throw away from Oimachi train station. It made it easy for us to explore all the key Tokyo tourist locations. the hotel was conveniently situated away from the bustling Shinagawa station, providing a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. The proximity to Haneda airport was also a huge plus, as we didn't have to travel far to catch our flights. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated their assistance with storing our luggage.

Great value for money with affordable prices for twin rooms. Convenient location right opposite Oimachi station, providing easy access to Tokyo and Haneda airport. Rooms with a cozy sofa next to the window on the upper floors, offering a pleasant view.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
